Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone. The App does not automatically send it over the internet. If you back up your iPhone with iCloud or a computer, the App's data may be included in that backup, depending on your settings.

Can I move my data to a new iPhone?

The App has no transfer feature of its own. Restoring an iPhone backup may bring your data back, but we cannot guarantee it. Please make a backup before changing phones.

Can I share with my family's iPhones?

The App is designed for use on one iPhone. It does not sync between family members' iPhones. You can send your shopping list to family members with the "家族に送る" (Send to family) button in the shopping list, using LINE or another app you choose.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete items one by one in the App. Deleting the App deletes the data saved in it. Any iPhone backups you have made are separate.
